Virtual Renewals Representative Job Summary:

In this role as Virtual Renewals Representative, you will be responsible for renewing, up-selling & cross-selling, and closing of Security software licenses subscriptions for assigned regions and/or account(s). This candidate must be able to forge and grow new relationships within the customer, partner and field sales via both direct and indirect touch to drive significant revenue growth while ensuring internal alignment.

Virtual Renewals Representative Job Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for driving the growth across our security portfolio by renewing and expanding our existing customer install base. You will specialize in the security architecture and become a security solution expert.
  • You will build direct relationships with customers, work closely with and leverage the selected channel partners to maximize new sales opportunities and renewals within your territory.
  • You will manage all aspects of sales while using cutting-edge technologies to remotely interface with customers and leveraging new sales models (cloud, services & software) to help customers maximizing their revenue.
Virtual Renewals Representative Job Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), Outlook, PPT and Word
  • Language: English (required- both written and spoken)
  • Special consideration for Portuguese, Spanish or French Strong collaboration skills with demonstrable results in leading collaborative teams
  • Candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively as an overlay resource to field teams, while also directly leading strategic opportunities.
  • Ability to work with cross-architecture peers. Financial and business acumen.
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building skills.
